Payments made for 1:1 coaching, consulting engagements, corporate training, or customized programs are non-refundable once the engagement has commenced.

Any rescheduling is subject to mutual agreement and availability.

Registration fees for workshops or leadership programs are non-refundable.

If Purposegenie cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future program.

3.⁠ ⁠Keynote Speaking

Payments or booking confirmations for keynote engagements are non-refundable once confirmed.

Rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4.⁠ ⁠Assessments

Fees paid for leadership assessments (including Hogan or purpose tools) are non-refundable once the assessment has been activated or shared.

5.⁠ ⁠Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products, downloadable tools, or online resources are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately after purchase.

6.⁠ ⁠Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and genuine cases, refund or credit decisions may be considered at the sole discretion of Purposegenie.
