How long does a Hogan debrief session take?
A standard debrief session is typically 60–90 minutes for a single report. For combined report debriefs (e.g., HPI + HDS + MVPI), we typically schedule 2–2.5 hours to do justice to the depth of insight. All debrief sessions are conducted 1:1 with Divesh via video call or in person, and include time for questions, reflection, and development planning.

Yes. Divesh is a certified Hogan Assessment practitioner, qualified to administer and debrief the full Hogan suite — HPI, HDS, MVPI, HIPO, Judgment, Leader Focus, Manage, and Career reports. His certification means he provides professionally trained interpretation and contextualised coaching, not just a printed report.

A standard debrief is 60–90 minutes for a single report. For combined debriefs (HPI + HDS + MVPI together), Divesh typically schedules 2–2.5 hours. All sessions are 1:1 with Divesh via video call or in person, and include time for questions, reflection, and initial development planning.
